What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, phone number, address, email and the message you write. If you text a photo, we receive that photo and your number.

What we use it for

We use it to call you back, to schedule a walk-through and to prepare a written price. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with advertisers.

Who sees it

The people at the shop and the plumber assigned to your job. A homeowner's file goes to the homeowner, who decides whether to share it with an insurer.

How long we keep it

We keep a job file for as long as we need it to service the pump or valve we installed, and then delete it on request.
